LIABILITY The Loft Inn acts only as an agent for vendors and service providers (Provider) and as such, it is not liable for any loss, injury, death, accident or damage sustained in the course of availing the indicated services. In the event of any delay or suspension, it is the responsibility of the Provider to take the necessary remedial action to address the same and its consequences. In any case, Filipino Travel Center will extend necessary assistance to address concerns of guests and to safeguard their welfare, but the Provider will be responsible for the final decision on such requests. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, suspension, accidents and local conditions must be borne by the guest. Indicated distances and travel times are estimates only and descriptions provided are for general guidance only and may not be based on the latest available information. Travel routes/ itinerary, departure date, hotel accommodation or other service may be amended due to safety concerns, prevailing conditions or unforeseen circumstances. CANCELLATION If a change is to be made in the contents of the Arranged Tour Contract at the request of the Traveler, the Traveler must bear a cancellation fee, a penalty to be paid to transportation/accommodation facilities, etc., when canceling the arrangements already completed, as well as any other cost required for the change in the arrangements, and pay to the Company a fee for procedures for making a change prescribed by the Company. Any increase or reduction in the Travel Fee resulting from the change in the contents of the Arranged Tour Contract concerned shall be attributed to the Traveler. Changes by You If you wish to change your booking with The Loft Inn in any way and we can accept the change, we reserve the right to charge 500 pesos or more per person, per amendment provided that your instructions are provided in writing, and are received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled departure. Travel Itinerary: Itineraries are always subject to change without prior notice which may be brought about by force majeurs, government mandated changes, weather conditions, flight changes, and the like. The Loft Inn is not responsible for any last minute itinerary change/revision impulsed by the tour operator for whatever reason they may have. The Loft Inn cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes or curtails for any reason. Tours are conducted based on group arrangements thus specified time of pick-up/drop-off is strictly observed and delays may be experienced unless stated otherwise. White Water Rafting companies will charge a cancellation fee of 500 pesos per person upon failure to arrive on the scheduled time stated on the itinerary. The company has the right to claim the said fee since failure was done on the part of the customer. Revisions and Revision Fees: Necessary charges may apply per person for any revision made to the confirmed reservation unless the change increases the value of booking. Refunds: There are NO REFUNDS for unused transport, hotels and tours. In case you have to withdraw from tour after it has begun due to medical reasons, we regret that we will not be able to make any refund for absences from the tour. Complaints We do our VERY BEST to ensure that your travel arrangements go according to plan.
